If you place an order over $100, your products will be sent for free via Australia post. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Should the order be returned to us, you may be charged for re-delivery.
For orders under $100, a flat rate shipping rate of $12.00 will be added at checkout.
We deliver to most international locations. Your package will be sent via International Post which may take up to 7-10 days depending on your location. To ensure that your order arrives safely, a signature will be required on delivery. If you (or someone on your behalf) will not be available to sign at your nominated address please provide an alternate address that we can deliver to. If you are not there to sign for the delivery, you will need to collect your parcel from the nearest post office. Orders delivered outside of Australia may be liable for local customs duty and/or import tax on your purchase which will be at your own expense. DermIdenticals take no responsibility once it leaves us which includes, but not limited to, if your order is unable to pass customs in your country, if it is not delivered or lost in transit.
Returns & Refunds
Quality Guarantee: We will happily provide an exchange, refund or credit of the purchase price for products supplied that do not meet our quality standard. Products must be returned within 30 days of their purchase date in their original condition. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable or credited. We do not refund if you change your mind nor any other reason other than quality issues.
Please contact us before returning the product. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of Products and all shipping costs. Please ensure that the product(s) being returned are packaged in a well padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been received and processed. Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Please allow up to 30 days to process the credit to your account. We will notify you via e-mail once the refund has been completed. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect this transaction.
