Your products will be sent for free via Australia post. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Should the order be returned to us, you may be charged for re-delivery.
We deliver to most international locations. Your package will be sent via International express post which may take up to 7-10 days depending on your location. To ensure that your order arrives safely, a signature will be required on delivery. If you (or someone on your behalf) will not be available to sign at your nominated address please provide an alternate address that we can deliver to. If you are not there to sign for the delivery, you will need to collect your parcel from the nearest post office. Orders delivered outside of Australia may be liable for local customs duty and/or import tax on your purchase which will be at your own expense. DermIdenticals take no responsibility if your order is unable to pass customs in your country.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide an exchange, or full refund or credit of the purchase price for Products returned within 30 days of their purchase date. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable or credited.
Please contact us before returning the product. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of Products and all shipping costs. Please ensure that the product(s) being returned are packaged in a well padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been received and processed. Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Please allow up to 30 days to process the credit to your account. We will notify you via e-mail once the refund has been completed.
